Idea Validator allows users to submit business ideas (one per day per user, as enforced by our systems) and to rate ideas submitted by others. We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

You agree not to: (a) submit false, misleading, or illegal content; (b) impersonate others or violate their rights; (c) attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service; (d) use automated systems to scrape or submit without our permission; (e) transmit malware or interfere with the service or other users.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the ideas you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the service. Our brand, design, and code remain our property.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Ratings and feedback are user-generated and do not constitute professional advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idea Validator and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim (if any), or zero if you have not paid.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Idea Validator and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
